Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Any items that do not qualify will show shipping costs clearly in your cart at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the United States may carry additional freight and handling fees. We will contact you to discuss those costs directly.

Large and oversized items ship via freight carrier. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm local time. Residential customers will receive a call from the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard freight shipments arrive curbside, and some require a signature. Please inspect your items carefully before signing, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

White glove delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout for an additional fee. It includes unboxing, assembly, and installation of your items in the room of your choice. We take the heavy lifting completely off your hands.

You will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated lead time as soon as your order is placed. Once the manufacturer ships your item, we will send you tracking information. If availability dates change at any point, we will notify you via email so you are never left wondering.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging. You will also need your original receipt to start the process. To kick things off, call us at 866-799-6780 or email info@TheFurnitureSite.com. Once our team authorizes your request, we will send you a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

A 25% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping applies to returns and exchanges made for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect or damage.

You have two options. Refuse the delivery on the spot and note the damage on the paperwork before handing it back to the driver. Or accept the delivery, take close-up photos of the damage, and email them to info@TheFurnitureSite.com.
Our team will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or full refund accordingly. All damage or shipping-related issues must be reported within 4 days of receiving your shipment, and the damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork. Missing that window may affect our ability to issue full credit.

Most orders can be cancelled before they go into production or ship out. Once we confirm with the manufacturer that production has not started and the order has not shipped, we will process your refund. Custom and built-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
